8 quick steps

Before you start

Have your signed tenancy agreement and your company's ACRA Bizfile ready to upload.

Paying through Rently is free

Using eGIRO to pay your rent costs nothing. Only optional add-ons or card payments carry a fee.

i360 is pre-filled

Your landlord's details are already entered for you, so you can move through the landlord step quickly.

Step by step

How to complete your sign-up

Follow the screens in order. Each one below shows exactly what you'll see in the app.

1

First, create your Rently account and fill in your information. You can do this two ways:

  • With Singpass — the faster option. Your details are retrieved automatically via Myinfo.
  • Manually — fill in your information yourself.
Your information is strictly confidential. It is never shared with third-party vendors — so you can sign up with Rently with complete peace of mind.

2

Tell us about your rental

When you open Rently, you'll land on this screen. Because i360 leases commercial space, you're on the Commercial Lease flow.

Choose the option that matches your situation:

  • My lease is starting soon — pick this if you're a new tenant.
  • I'm in the middle of my lease — pick this if you're already renting.

3

Enter your rent details

Fill in the details of your commercial tenancy, exactly as they appear on your signed agreement:

  • Rent amount — your monthly rent (e.g. SGD 8,000.00).
  • Next payment due date — the day your next rent is due.
  • Lease end date — when your current lease ends.
  • Lease duration — the total number of months.

Tap Next when everything matches your agreement.

4

Add your company details

Since this is a commercial lease, Rently needs the company that holds the tenancy:

  • Registered Company Name — as shown on your tenancy agreement.
  • UEN of Company — your Unique Entity Number, as listed on ACRA Bizfile.

Double-check the UEN — it's used to verify your business. Then tap Next.

Choose how you'd like to use Rently

Rently offers optional add-ons. Select any that fit your business, or skip them entirely — paying rent through Rently is free either way.

  • Delay rent payments — shift your rent date to match your cash flow.
  • Lower move-in costs — available for upcoming leases only.
Don't want any add-ons? Just tap "I wish to proceed without add-ons". Add-ons are the only thing that carry extra charges — the rent payment service itself is free.
Earn miles with credit card payments. If you later select the credit card payment option, a 2.8% fee applies — but you'll earn your credit card miles on every rent payment.

Set your deferred payment day (only if you chose Delay rent)

If you selected Delay rent payments, use the slider to pick how many days to defer. Rently shows you the monthly fee and your new due date.

  • The example here defers rent by 10 days for $120.00/month, moving the due date to the 11th.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your next payment take effect from the following month.

Skipped the add-ons? You won't see this screen — carry on to the next step.

Confirm your landlord's details

This is where i360's information appears. These fields are already filled in for you — landlord name, UEN, bank name and account number — so you can simply review and continue.

Because i360 set up your onboarding, you can skip straight through this step. Just check the bank details match your tenancy agreement, then tap Next.

Review everything

Rently shows a summary of everything you've entered — rent amount, dates, company details, and any add-ons you picked.

Look through each line. If something's wrong, tap Edit next to it to fix it. When it all looks right, continue to payment.

Step 9 — Payment

Add your payment method

Choose how you'd like to pay your monthly rent. There are two options.

Two ways to pay

Link bank account (eGIRO) is free and recommended. Add a card is also available — a 2.8% processing fee applies, but paying by credit card lets you earn your credit card miles on every rent payment. Follow the path that matches your choice below.

9

Pick a payment method

You'll see two choices:

  • Link bank account — uses eGIRO to set up an automatic transfer. Free.
  • Add a card — pay by credit/debit card. A 2.8% processing fee is added, but credit card payments earn you miles under your card's rewards program.
We recommend Link bank account — it's the free option and keeps your rent on time automatically.

Option A — Link your bank with eGIRO (free)

Select your bank from the list, then tap Link bank. A short explainer appears — read it and tap Continue to be redirected to your bank.

Read the limit and end date carefully. Your bank will ask you to set these when you approve the recurring eGIRO transfer. Set the limit above your monthly rent and the end date after your lease end date so payments don't get blocked.

Log in at your bank to authorise eGIRO

Rently redirects you to your bank (CIMB shown here as an example). Log in with your usual online-banking credentials and approve the recurring transfer, setting the limit and end date as noted above.

Once approved, your bank sends you back to Rently automatically.

Option B — Pay by card

If you chose Add a card instead, you'll reach a secure card form (powered by Stripe). Enter your email, card number, expiry, CVC, cardholder name and country, then tap Save.

A 2.8% processing fee applies to card payments. To avoid it, use the free eGIRO option above.
Earn miles on your rent. Credit card payments earn you miles depending on your credit card's miles program — Rently's merchant MCC code is 5817. Check with your card issuer how MCC 5817 is treated under your rewards program.

Review your monthly payment summary

Both payment paths bring you back to Rently. You'll see a clear breakdown of your monthly payment — your rent, any add-on settings, service fees, and the total per month.

Check the total, then tap Next.
